Welcome to my blog!

Never thought the day would come...June 23rd, the day that marked the end of the most challenging year of my life as a teacher and a mother of three grown children. I bet not one person would disagree that the pandemic shifted our thinking, made us problem solvers, taught us resilience, and perhaps stimulated parts of our brain that have never been explored. Whatever you've been through this past year, your story is important in cultivating your being, your mind, and preparing you even better for life. Keep that in mind.

There was no template for adjusting to the pandemic. Thinking about how 18 of my kindergarteners survived their very first schooling experiences online, how my older daughters navigated their life in their volatile 20s, and how my high schooler sustained strength through her junior year blows my mind!

There is no time to stop thinking about the best, most reasonable, and comfortable ways to raise our village. Though our ideas may not sometimes even work, it's all a part of the equation of building our children today.

This blog, 'Teacher Mom Life' is all about conversations, ideas, and stories to inspire you, move your mind & emotions, and make you obsessed with how we can enjoy our lives building up our children. This is also a place for grown-ups to just come and learn together about life. I don't have perfect solutions to fit every equation, but I will share everything I can to make you a part of this journey.

So let's begin it and I welcome you to the new chapter of my blog!

Much Love Always,
