‘Guided Reading Interactive Notes’ was created to give your students the opportunity to record their thinking after or during a reading group. They will work on areas, such as Prediction, Character, Setting, Problem, Solution, Connections and More, Questioning, and Main Idea & Details (New)!

There are 72 interactive notes in this download (2 per page).

They can collect their thinking in a composition notebook and use their ‘notes' in a discussion. This can also be given as weekend reading journal activities or supplemental homework assignments.
After your guided reading discussion, have students choose (or you can assign) one interactive activity to include in their guided reading journal.
Materials needed:
Composition Notebook
Pencil
Colored pencils or crayons
Glue stick
Scissor

Complete this after guided reading book discussion:
1. Have students decide on one activity.
2. Have them cut and paste the activity into notebook after answering the question(s).
3. If there is time, have them share their work.
